Sampada

Natyom uses the SAMPADA Exams after each level in order to accredit the students. SAMPADA stands for the Silicon Andhra Music Performing Arts and Dance Academy. Students may perform an Arangetram after completing all levels. Both completion of the SAMPADA Exam and an Arangetram signal mastery of the basics. This however, does not signal the end of a dancer’s journey. Bharatanatyam is a life long artform in which students are constant learners. Even after mastering the basics, there are several more complex items that a student can learn as well as choreograph.
